Our Business Philosophy
We understand that the small business owner is busy upholding
their products and services. With this known, we set out to
help these owners in development of their particular company
in the areas in need. Major development and growth needs
range from business plans, marketing plans (strategy, brochures, websites)
and financial management. The small business owner does not have
the time to put enough effort into the six functions of business. This is where we
come in.
Our Company Vision
Establish a company, that will provide small businesses with a full-range of
"one-stop shopping", develop unique business plans, and offer specialized services.
Business structure is sole proprietorship, Limited Liability Company (LLC).
State Corporation Commission ID: S067754-4. Beginning with a small office and
outsourcing some of
the work, using specialization and increasing economies of scale. The goal is 10
full-time employees, two company vehicles, and $600,000 annual sales
revenue.
Mission Statement
Small Business Plans & Services, LLC will meet the
customer's needs and maintain an absolute advantage over all other
competitors by providing excellent service. Our advice, analysis,
forecasts, plans, and research are conducted without bias. The company focus is on
honest, quality and "old fashioned" service, and fast delivery
time, thereby building a loyal customer base. Whatever the client's
needs are, the company will provide the service just right for them and at a
reasonable price. Our work is 100% guaranteed! The company will
hire only the best and formally educated employees who are honest, respectful, and
who will listen to our customers. The company will allow employees to
make improvements in our services every step of the way. We are always striving to
be the best.

put, they are creative, hardworking, professional, smart, and team
players. The company is very supportive for them to continue their

Instructional Trainer & Developer, Quality Controller, and Specialized
